Context :

KITEA is a very famous brand in its local markets. It’s main competitor is IKEA but with a higher Average order value. KITEA launched their e-commerce website & tried to scale the business months & months before Perf Unit collaboration.
 

Client’s Objectives :

The client wanted to increase its media buying efficiency relying on Google search engine results (SEM). He had one specific issue concerning sales results as well : He could only drive sales to specific products & wasn’t able to showcase the overall assortment of the website. Whenever traffic came to other products the ROAS was going down, & the CPC increased.
 

PERFUNIT Strategy : 

KITEA budget was high enough to create different structures & campaigns which allowed us to A/B test many optimization strategies. After combining both DSA & regular targeted creatives, we managed to establish a solid account structure that allowed the business to expand their reach & find customers. A great efficiency was achieved thanks to all optimizations, in addition to a great acquisition/ Retention use of strategy in SEM.
