Krono is a recruitment agency that helps companies find the right candidates to hire. It seeks talent in several areas on behalf of its clients.

They came to PERFUNIT in June 2021 to help them increase their database with  qualified prospects who need help recruiting.

Client’s Objectives :
 

The client wanted to create campaigns to find potential customers for his service, which is in this case supporting companies in recruiting talent. The client wanted to run paid advertising campaigns to gather information from new prospects. The objective is to create a database of qualified prospects, to make it available for its sales team.

Lead magnets entice potential customers to give you their contact information.

A lead magnet can include a coupon code, a free ebook, or in this case industry tips! 

We have collected for the client the contact details of its potential customers based on the characteristics of its target population. This way, our client could track and retarget those leads until they converted into customers.
