Etude de cas RIP CURL

 

Context :

Rip Curl is an international sport equipment brand. It has a huge following in Europe, USA, & Australia. But the brand struggles to establish its digital presence in Morocco.
 
Client’s Objectives :
The client wanted to scale his e-commerce business using Social Media (Mainly Instagram). The challenge was to create curated content that will engage with the local audience preferences but also take into consideration the international dimension of the brand.

 

 
Perfunit Strategy : 
After conducting different research on competitors & the industry potential, we were able to create a great social media strategy using the most innovative creative formats (Reels, Create Stories, highlights ..) combined with a strong referential strategy (tagging & engaging with World wide surfers & communities ..). But also using different A/B testing techniques to extract key learnings & keep up the growth rate.
